"This Own't a Love Song" is the pb single from American stone band Bon Jovi'south 6th studio album, These Days (1995). The song is an case of the strong rhythm and blues influence that Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora wanted the These Days album to accept. It reached number fourteen on the The states Billboard Hot 100, number ii on the Canadian RPM Top Singles chart, number six on the UK Singles Chart, and number i on the Finnish Singles Nautical chart.

Critical reception [edit]

Music author James Masterton wrote in his weekly UK chart commentary, "The new single is some other ballad although rather more understated and reflective than many they have produced in the past."[two]

Music video [edit]

The accompanying music video for "This Ain't a Honey Song" was shot at Wat Ratchaburana in Ayuthaya, Thailand, and directed past Andy Morahan.[3]

"Como Yo Nadie Te Ha Amado" [edit]

A Castilian version, "Como Yo Nadie Te Ha Amado" ("Nobody Has Loved Y'all Like I Practice"), was also recorded. However, the lyrics in the two versions differ from each other; the original version talks about a lost love, which is never recovered, while the Spanish version is a reflection on love, almost how no one volition dear someone with the same passion than the narrator.

Mexican vocalizer Yuridia covered the Spanish version, "Como Yo Nadie Te Ha Amado", on her second studio anthology Habla El Corazón which peaked at number 16 on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart.[4] Yuridia's cover received was nominated at the 2008 Latin Billboard Awards for Latin Pop Airplay of the Year by a Female Creative person.[5] Her cover also led to Jon Bon Jovi winning an ASCAP Latin Award in the Pop/Carol field.[half dozen]
